Terrance is a native New Orleanian who grew up in the heart of the culturally rich city. Osborne attended the prestigious New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (N.O.C.C.A.) while in high school, and later graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from Xavier University. In 2007, his official Jazz & Heritage poster quickly became one of the most sought after posters of the year. Terrance Osborne's gallery at 3029 Magazine Street has become one of New Orleans most visited galleries. His art continues to be highly sought after by collectors all over the world.
